My Story

When I was a teenager, I sadly lost my lovely Nanny to cancer. Then my wonderful Dad was diagnosed with cancer a couple of years ago and, thankfully, was successfully treated because of the research into this horrible disease.. Each year Cancer Research UK’s scientists get closer to beating cancer, and they’ve helped double survival rates in the last 40 years. But we can’t stop there. Only with our continued support can they turn this research into breakthroughs that save millions of lives. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. If you can spare some change to sponsor me, I would really appreciate it. The company I work for will match whatever I raise as well. Thank you Charlotte xxx

CAUSE

Children's & Young People's Cancers

Cancer in children and young people is different from cancer in adults, both in the types of cancer they develop and the effects of treatment. As a result, it needs a different and dedicated approach. With your support, our researchers can continue to drive progress and transform outcomes for the youngest cancer patients.
