My Story
Myself and Gavin will be running the Great North Run on 12th September for a cause very close to our hearts. As many of you know my mum was diagnosed with cancer last year. It has been a tough time for us all but after 3 operations and 2 rounds of chemotherapy we are all hopeful she has beaten it. I’m also running in memory of my cousin, Helen who very sadly passed away in 2015 at the age of 27 with synovial sarcoma cancer. We miss her enormously. Most people have been or are affected by this terrible disease. Please donate to help us fund life-saving research and bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
