In memory of
Susan Martin
I am fundraising for Cancer Research in memory of my Grandma, Susan Martin, who passed away on the 8th June 2017. I will be taking part in the 5K Race for Life on the 17th June 2018. Last year I had taken part in the 5K Race for Life just 9 days after I lost my Grandma to throat Cancer, which she had fought on and off for 10 years since she retired at the age of 56. I had a badge made with my Grandmas photo on, which I wore last year so she was able to do the journey with me, and will continue to do so every year. It gave me the determination to complete the 5K race, and it has encouraged me to complete this 5K race every year, alongside other events such as the muddy run. Raising money for Cancer Research is a very personal thing for me, because the feeling of losing such a close and precious family member to such a horrible illness is devastating. Please donate any amount that you possibly can. Every penny counts, and every penny is incredibly appreciated.
