My Story
I’m hoping to do my bit for Cancer Research to help fund life saving research for anyone who is facing cancer at the moment or anyone who may encounter it in the future. My Mum was diagnosed in October after discovering a lump in her leg. She had an operation to remove the melanoma but discovered a lump in her back just before Christmas. Luckily that too has been removed but there are still traces of the melanoma so in February she began three weekly immunotherapy sessions. We hope that these sessions will help to shrink or at the very least stop the growth of any more cancerous cells.
