My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 20,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. 1 in 2 people in the UK born after 1960 will be diagnosed with some form of cancer during their lifetime. Every two minutes someone in the UK is diagnosed with cancer. Every four minutes someone in the UK dies from cancer. Everybody knows somebody who has had or is fighting cancer. The more research done, the more likely they are to beat it. I am taking part in this challenge in memory of my Granny, who was amazing, she beat cancer once but when diagnosed with a brain tumour sadly passed away. I am also doing this for my Grandad. My Grandad is still fighting his cancer and battling on. They are inspirations as they are strong fighters and during this challenge I will be channeling them so I don’t give up and keep going to reach my 20,000 steps everyday! Help me Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by sponsoring me.
