Charlotte takes on Dryathlon

Well, here’s the ultimate challenge and a half to kick off 2019!! As pretty much all of you know, I bloody love a bev. Wine is life, gin is excellent, I’ll even stretch to a beer or two if I’m really in the mood to get my drink on. But I really love my nana so so SO much more, and unfortunately she’s currently battling a rare form of endometrial cancer - so rare that despite her chemotherapy attempt being limited, they just went in blind with which chemotherapy to use and the results haven’t been the ones we expected, and desperately wanted. So here goes nothing - I’m going to go an ENTIRE MONTH without booze and hope that you lovely lovely humans think that’s an impressive enough feat to part with some of your hard earned cash, so that further research can be done into cancers like the one my nana has and the treatment provided can be absolutely perfect, rather than just a wild stab in the dark. I’m gonna document my booze free month here - I’m still gonna attend social events, I still have a toddler who pushes both my buttons and me to drink, so keep your eyes peeled for the various fb lives I’ll do and my statuses of sheer despair.
