My Story
Recently my dads best friend, Uncle Ben, was told he had a brain tumour. I wanted to help him get better so I took on this challenge of walking 60 miles in April for the Stand Up To Cancer Walkies Challenge. Sadly 7 weeks after his Tumour was discovered Ben has lost his fight against the diagnosis and past away. Although any money I raise won't save Uncle Ben, I'm continuing to walk in his memory to help Cancer Research find new medicine that will help others beat Cancer. As my dad won't let me have a dog I am going to borrow as many dogs as possible to complete this challenge. Paw-lease show your support and help fund life-saving research by donating to my page. Thank you. Charlie (age 8)

CAUSE
Stand Up to Cancer: LIFE-SAVING RESEARCH
100% of the money you raise goes towards speeding up life-saving research. Every day, scientists and researchers work tirelessly to beat cancer. But lab researchers will not get us there alone. Every penny raised helps speed up breakthroughs in the lab, transforming them into new tests and treatments for patients who need them. The research you fund will help us see 3 in 4 people in the UK survive their cancer by 2034.
