My Story
In 2007, I lost my Nan to Lung Cancer. In 2010, we lost our beautiful Kayleigh to a brain tumor, aged just 14. In 2019, my heart was broken when we lost my Auntie Carole who had bravely fought this awful disease for so many years and in 2020, my heart was broken again when we lost my Grandad. Many other amazing people in my life have also sadly lost their battle 💔 Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives 🏃🏻♀️ Thanks to the amazing work of scientists and Cancer Research UK, so many people have fought and won their battle, including my troupe leader Caroline 💪🏼 and my best friends mom, Julie!! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work and any money raised will be matched by QBE Foundation. Every little helps 🎗🎗🎗
