Charley's Race for Life
Manchester 5k 2019
Sun 14 Jul 2019 - Sun 14 Jul 2019
Dear Cancer, thank you for making me stop and listen and remember what and who is truly important. But, you can go now!
In memory of
Dad
29th Dec 1952 - 29th Sep 2009
Cancer has taken the lives of many people I have known. I lost my dad almost ten years ago. I wish our lives together could have been extended, I wish I could have heard him laugh more and sing more. I wish I could have had him walk me down the Isle one day in my life but as my life goes on I can only hope that he will be proud of his little droopy drawers and I hope that we can find a way for everyone to never miss a moment to share with their loved ones. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
