Dear Cancer, thank you for making me stop and listen and remember what and who is truly important. But, you can go now!

In memory of

29 Dec 1952 - 29 Sep 2009

Cancer has taken the lives of many people I have known.
I lost my dad almost ten years ago. I wish our lives together could have been extended, I wish I could have heard him laugh more and sing more. I wish I could have had him walk me down the Isle one day in my life but as my life goes on I can only hope that he will be proud of his little droopy drawers and I hope that we can find a way for everyone to never miss a moment to share with their loved ones.

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
