My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. My eldest sister is currently in remission for breast cancer. I am incredibly grateful that she has pulled through to beat cancer. Unfortunately, some aren't so lucky; I hope that by fundraising together, we can work towards a future where everyone diagnosed will one day be able to say they beat cancer too. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
