My Story
As you all know, on world cancer day 2015, the most amazing woman lost her fight with the big C. She took me in and played both mum and dad and completely changed my life- I’m absolutely certain of it. We never had any money but I really believe the person I am today is down to my generous, loving and caring nana. 62 is such a young age to go. And it’s everyone that’s left that cancer can hurt the most. We were victims of the “postcode lottery” which denied certain treatments. We want to raise some money to help combat that. Cancer doesn’t discriminate on its victims so how can the government discriminate its support? Anything you can generously give would be massively appreciated and would make a very special 9 year old immensely happy and proud. Thank you 😘Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
