My Story
It seemed like a brilliant and fun thing to do when my Fair City Rollers team mate, Jen, suggested this. I've never raised money for cancer before and what better way than to huff n puff round a course getting covered in mud. (Bit of a busman's holiday, the last bit...) Losing my Dad has been terribly hard and like so many, I have friends and other family members doing their best to overcome it. We are The Fear Maidens roller derby team for Perth but nooooooo, not doing this on skates!!!! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
