Heading towards the weekend and it's Day 6. Aiming to go to gym and fit in a walk. It'll be gym as often as possible over the next couple of weeks then a change of tack and walking/hiking and there'll be more on the places I'm walking in. My gym mates are sponsoring me, my family and friends and all being very kind about the poetic diary I've decided to write as I go through the month. Very varied in... accomplishment... I tell myself that even the greats out there had/have bad writing days so little old me can be excused mine!
