My Story
When I was three years old I sadly lost my mum, Rona, to breast cancer. It has been extremely tough to cope with over the years and 17 years on it still breaks my heart I never had the chance to get to know her properly or for her to see me and my brother grow up but I do know she had a great and happy life!! I have also lost my gran to another type of breast cancer before I was born so the disease has really impacted my family. I'm finally ready to do the Race for life and raise some money for cancer research to try and help beat cancer!! If you feel like donating please do, it would be appreciated so much, it will help work towards the prevention of any other little girls and boys from losing a loved one too early! And also a great motivator for me and kath, Thank you!
