My Story
I am running in memory of my dad and grandad. Unfortunately, we all know or know of someone who has been affected by cancer. Let's fight it! Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. Unfortunately, 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime and so it is extremely likely that we all know someone, or know of someone who has suffered or is suffering because of this illness. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
