On 19 May 2017 I was diagnosed with breast cancer everything happened so quickly. I had an operation to remove the cancer and my lymph nodes in my left arm on the 22 may 2017. Due to the fact cancer had spread to my lymph nodes I had to have full chemotherapy(FEC-T) over 18 weeks and 23 Radiotherapy sessions. It has affected my life, health and fitness, without this valuable research being done to improve cancer diagnosis and Treatments I might not have been here to do this event and enjoy my family. I would like to specially mention LoveMyVouchers.co.uk who have offered to donate Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure.
