Many thanks to all those who have donated so generously so far. It is really massively appreciated. My aim was to do 10K / or 400 lengths in my local pool and as we head into the final week of November, I’m proud to say that I’m on track to achieve this. So far 310 lengths / 7.750 km of breaststroke swimming (I puff out after 1 length of front crawl). Benefits are that I feel a bit healthier too. So I’ve increased my target to £350 if anyone wants to donate a very small amount to the cause xx

My Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m going to be taking on the Swim 10k Challenge this November to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. I aim to do the full 10K. Nearly everyone is affected by cancer, whether it’s suffering from the disease or knowing someone with it. But incredible developments and medical insight from Cancer Research is saving so many lives, giving sufferers more cause to hope for the future. So please cheer me on in this quest to help fund life-saving cancer research by donating to my page.
