Monday 15th April What an amazing day it was yesterday Sunday 14th April 2019. Supported by you all and friends and family around the World I Ran- well to some a jog- but I tried my hardest with Nikki in my mind and wow I made an effort to Kick Cancer in the Backside. A Personal Best time 1 hour and 4 minutes (only my second run!)- it showed that I tried and all the others who who ran for not only Cancer Research but all the other great Charities. Today my feet and muscles may feel a bit cranky -but whats that compared to Cancer? If you would like to make another donation thats fabulous and thank you to everyone xxxx Thursday - feeling nervous for Sunday However I ran a 5k around Billingshurst this morning and made sure that there were plenty of gradients to test me! Not sure about the route on Sunday as Brighton does have a few steep areas!! So have faith that I have tried to keep fit and I have even bought a pair of shorts-yes shorts!! Just in case its sunny by the Beach! I will try my best to finish with a burst of energy with my dear friend Nicola and her family in my thoughts. I would like to say a Big Thank you for all the wonderful donations by the lovely friends and family that have been received so far.Its been a great motivation to keep on the fitness runs and know that every pound raised will go towards the research to find the cures for all the terrible cancers that are currently appearing in so many people. I will Run my Best ! Thank you all again. Its 4 weeks to Brighton. Getting very nervous. Well whatever the pain my knees will be in , will be nothing compaired to those undergoing treatment for Cancer are enduring. So please support the Research Team as much as you can. Every pound counts. After weeks of training in the rain and wind - it looks like this week should be brighter. Thank you for your support. (17th March 2019) Hello friends and family.
