I have supported Cancer Research by running for Race for Life every year for the last 10 years. With cancer expected to affect 1 in 2 people in the UK, their work is vital to fight this 'epidemic'. Having been diagnosed with cancer myself, I have seen at first hand what the results of their work mean to many cancer sufferers. I am planning to walk the 5k Race For Life on 28 July 19 in Hyde Park. Please join me in taking part - you can walk, jog or run - the whole family can join so it should be a fun day (join my team Catherine's Challenge when registering). If you cannot join me on the day, please help me raise as much money as possible. Thank you. PS the photo above was a practice walk in Regent's Park in May. We walked the 5k in 1 hour!
