My Story
On the 4th November 2021, my step-dad Tony, died aged just 62. In Sept 2018, Tony was diagnosed with Lung cancer; uncurable but treatable. Though treatment was tough, Tony was doing well until devastatingly, the cancer caused his heart to unexpectedly stop due to acute pericarditis. This year, as a family, are going to try and fundraise as much as possible by taking part in as many fundraising events as we can! ☆ On 7th May the kids are taking part in the Race for Life Pretty Muddy, which is a 5k run, quite a challenge for little legs! (With us adults running too, just not on the obstacles!) ☆ Also in May, Casey and Myself are running the St Barnabas Colour Dash. ☆ 3rd July takes us to the 5k Race for Life at Clumber Park. Every single pound makes a difference, so please if you have a spare few quid it would be gratefully received, thank you so much! 👟🏃♀️🏃♂️😊💕
