My Story
Like many people, I have lost too many friends to cancer especially in the last few years. There are others who are currently battling with various cancers and still more who have come out the other side. I will be walking with a number of friends from St Buryan to highlight and raise money for this worthy cause. Cancer doesn’t discriminate and it’s happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k in Penzance to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
