I run/walk for those that fought and lost, those who beat it, those fighting now and for those who will face this fight in the future. My dad passed 10 years ago with a terminal diagnosis, so I do this in memory of this great man, walking alongside my best friends Suzie and Zoe in the hope that what we raise will make a difference as we honour those who fought/fight with strength and dignity.
CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
