My Story

Inspired by John walking 100 miles in memory of his wife, I will be taking part this March in walking 10,000 steps a day to raise funds and awareness of cancer research. Let’s work to find cures for the many types of cancer. Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer. It seems right it ends on the anniversary of losing Norrie to cancer. Think it may be more difficult during the week while at work so may need to do more on a weekend. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
