Mike (Taff) Hayden my gorgeous husband
,I have entered the Swansea 5k in memory of my wonderful husband and best friend. I haven't run since he died in July. When we used to visit Swansea Mike enjoyed running at Swansea Bay. Mike loved to run, so this is for him #runfortaff Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. I don't want anyone to go through what me and my family have been through this past 18 months 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
