My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. I have lost family and friends very close to me and have also been treated in the past so it means a lot to me xx 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
