My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m going to be taking on the 30 Day Plank Challenge in April to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. I had breast cancer in 2023 and many of my friends and family have also been touched by Cancer. Thankfully, most are now fit and well, but inevitably, some lost their lives to cancer. Research is the only way we can develop new treatments to enable everyone to get the news they have beaten cancer. I am wearing a different hat each day to represent the fact that cancer is indiscriminate and affects people from all walks of life no matter who they are or where they come from. All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
