My Story
Cancer effects us all, whether personally or through our loved ones. Both my mum and aunt died of breast cancer and my cousin has so far successfully beat it, so I know first hand how devastating it can be. I have done race for life several times but I have never been fit enough to run the entire 5k. Over the last few months I have been using couch to 5k to help me get fit and lose weight- I have lost a stone so far and am now running 30 mins a time- something I never thought I could do! I hope I have inspired you to give what you can, share my page and join in with couch to 5k- if I can do it, you can!!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
