Over the last 20 years I have lost so many friends and family to cancer. Some of those people didn't even reach 35. Cancer doesn't care who you are or what your age is, if it comes into your life it devastates. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Please help by donating whatever you can, every pound counts and makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work.

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
