Every year my Wonderful Ladies from Fit@Forty plus take on the race for life challenge, their ages range from 40s to 86 yrs, all working hard to be active, healthy and enjoy life. Cancer has effected all of us if not directly we know someone, ❤️ It’s a great supportive atmosphere at Aberystwyth on the seafront, and usually the sun comes out too.
