Im doing this walk for cervical cancer. This is personal to myself and my family. My mam was diagnosed with cervical cancer 2010. To be honest i didn't really know much about it.. I didn't think it was one of the most common cancers I've heard of. I feel like the awareness of cervical cancer have grown massively over the years.. From social media and the jade goody story but I still think it needs more awareness as I still hear the younger generation still dying or having an hysterectomy from this awful thing. I was one of the fortunate people and my mam got saved by having a double. Hysterectomy at the age of 40 years old! She is now healthy and has lived her life to the fullest.. I know stories similar to ours have not been the same outcome and has come to Many people losing thier loved ones. This is why I'm doing my walk for cervical to raise awareness and some money to help with the research of cervical cancer! Anything little donation would go a long way 😊
