I'm taking part in The Race for Life at Home to help beat cancer

In memory of

my dad

11 Jan 1943 - 22 Feb 2019

In the last couple of years several members of my family, including my dad, have passed away because of this scourge on humanity, and I know countless other people who have suffered because of it, including people who are going through it right now.

I have recently taken up running to continue my quest to stay fit, and this is why I'll be taking part in the Race for Life at Home. Every pound you can donate will go towards Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me today!

Race finished at 7am this morning. Did the first 2.5km in my fastest time ever, then my calf went pop so limped the last 2.5km home. Disappointing that I couldn't finish in my fastest time, but I finished and that's what counts.
