My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives in memory of my mom. Back in December 2020 my mom was diagnosed with colon cancer which had unfortunately spread to both her lungs and liver. I remember the phone call as if it were yesterday. During her darkest days she always worried about us, her family, and was so so brave through it all. On the 5th March 2021 after catching COVID my mom sadly lost her life to this terrible disease. I would therefore appreciate if you could donate in my moms memory as every penny makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Thank you all.
