My Story
Cancer doesn’t just stop when somebody dies. It lives on in the hearts of the family and friends and leaves a feeling of emptiness. If there’s one thing I’m scared of, it’s the thought of death. But imagine one day we were able to say, “we have a cure for cancer”. Imagine the amount of lives that could be changed for the better. I want to raise money to get a cure for cancer quick! From having lost my grandma and my great granny to cancer, Cancer Research has a special place in my heart and I want to raise money to make a change sooner rather than later. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
