Our Nanny Pat
My Story
My lovely nan passed away in October 2013 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. Nanny Pat was such a character and is deeply missed still to this day. For anyone who knew her will remember how caring, funny and glamorous she was. Our nan absolutely loved her family. No matter how old us grandkids were, we were never too old for ‘cwtch’, as Nan would say. Cancer is happening right now and effects nearly almost all of us, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
