I'm taking part in memory of my stepdad who recently passed away of mesothelioma, only 5 weeks after his cancer diagnosis. Also in memory of my nan who I sadly never got to meet as she passed away 26 years ago to cervical cancer. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and help save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
