My mission is to turn something painful into something positive by raising funds for cancer research, inspired by my nana’s strength as she faces cancer for a second time.
My Story
I’m running a 5K to raise money for cancer research, a cause that means so much to me and my family. My nana was diagnosed with breast cancer and, after an incredibly strong fight, she beat it, but sadly it has now come back. Watching her go through this again has been really tough, and it’s made me even more determined to do something that can help. Every donation, no matter how small, will go towards vital research and support for those facing cancer. Thank you so much for helping me make a difference.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
