Hello fellows!!! Thankyou very much for taking the time to check out my Cancer Research UK Veg Pledge page. (That's a mouthful.) This November, i will be going vegetarian for Cancer Research UK. The money i raise will help fund life-saving research to help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. You may be wondering how giving up meat and fish for a month can help the fight against cancer. Well, I'll tell ya! In recent years, research has established a link between consuming certain meats, and processed foods as a cause for cancer. Therefore, eating healthier , and researching into where your food is sourced can be of great benefit to you. As it can help reduce your chances of being susceptible to cancer. Throughout this month, i aim to educate, and offer nutritional advice by posting pictures and videos of my meals as often as i can. I am a bit of a dab hand in the kitchen, so i want to show other people how easy cooking at home can be.I plan to do a mixture of quick fixes, and try out new recipes i have seen on social media.
