My Story
Hi everyone! Hard as this may be for some of you to believe, I'm taking part in the 2017 Dry January in support of Cancer Research UK. After the roaring success of my 2015 Wet January, I thought I'd try something a bit more challenging, and do some good at the same time. Cancer affects everyone you know, either directly or through friends and family, but we can do something about it! Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
