My Story

At Burger Boyz, we’re coming together as a team to take on a challenge that means a lot to us - raising money for Cancer Research UK. Cancer is something that has affected many of us personally. Whether through family, friends, or people we care about, most of us have seen the impact it can have. That’s why we wanted to do something meaningful to help support the fight against it. We’ve decided to take on the challenge of climbing Snowdon, the highest peak in Wales. It won’t be easy, but it’s nothing compared to what so many people go through every day while battling cancer. Every step we take is in support of them. This event is about more than just the climb. It’s about teamwork, pushing ourselves, and standing together for a cause that matters to all of us. We’ll be supporting each other all the way to the top. For those who would prefer not to walk back down, there’s also the option to take the train so everyone can get involved in a way that suits them. We’d really appreciate any support you can give. Every donation, big or small, goes towards vital research that helps save lives and bring hope to so many. Thank you for being a part of it.

CAUSE

All Cancer Types

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
