Cancer is a bitch. Sam, Jess and Sarah (BUCAVIN) certainly think so anyway. Sarah and Jess lost their loving and wonderful Aunty Gloria earlier this year (as if this year wasn't rubbish enough!) when she very quickly and suddenly passed away after her cancer spread to the brain. Jess had further frustrating news when both her Dad and Uncle (Prostate Brothers is now their band name) were both diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. Guy (Jess' Dad) only testing himself due to Henry's (Jess's Uncle) diagnosis, others wise he was blissfully unaware. Thankfully this comes with a much kinder ending with both Henry and Guy in full recovery following a very nasty procedure to have the cancer removed. Henry has now been given the all clear! Safe to say cancer is not a friend to anyone. Sam has joined Sarah and Jess on their journey to beat cancer after seeing what we had to face and also reflecting on the loss of his Grandpa Iain, whom he never got to meet due to cancer. So here we are, pretty mad about what cancer can do, and we want to take a stand. We need to beat cancer. Stop families feeling the pain that others have felt with relatives or themselves facing it. Help us say the big F YOU to cancer and take that stand. Let's make cancer scared of us more than we are of it. F YOU CANCER, WE'RE COMING FOR YOU.
