BT Stockport Walk All Over Cancer
I’m walking 10,000 steps this March for Cancer Research UK, please support me
The Group Customer Billing and Group Business Assurance teams in Stockport are getting together to Walk All Over Cancer in March. The challenge is 10,000 steps each per day.... a total of 310,000 each for the month! We have our fitbits at the ready and many walks planned during lunchtimes and after work. If anyone wants to join us, then just use this link to get your sponsors and you can join us on any of the planned walks. A walk round the park will give you 3,000 steps so hopefully we will do this a few times a week during lunch or after work. But you can also do this independently too..... just get those steps in! For anyone not based in Stockport then you can still join us in the challenge and share the experience. Most of us will have personal experiences of friends or family having cancer. This is our way to celebrate and remember those going through it, who have survived it, or who have sadly passed away. Let's join together to get fit, have some fun.... but most of all raise as much money as we can for this very worthy cause.

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
