My Story

Thank you for visiting my Marathon Month Challenge page. I originally set myself to run just 1 marathon this month, but now I'm aiming for 2! I'm doing this because I want to raise money for life-saving research and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. I haven't run anything more than a tap in years, so this will be a bit of a challenge! If you can spare anything please show your support with a donation to my page. Every penny makes a huge difference to vital cancer research

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
