Let's show cancer who's boss.
Last month my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer - she is though in the best possible hands with excellent treatment and care from the Royal Marsden. However, this is only possible becasue of the amazing work done by researchers, doctors, nurses and scientists who make such a huge diffence to the lives of people who have to go through the process of treatment and recovery, and for those around them while they do. They wouldn't be able to do this however without donations from you - to give people the best possible chance through their journey and to show this disease who's boss. Many people in my life who I love have been or are going through this journey and I am glad to say many still are here. To show my love I wanted to do this event - raising money for cancer research UK and just say how proud I am to have such amazing people in my life. Please dig deep and show how much you care xx ................................... Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure.
