My Story
A group of friends and I have decided to take part in Cancer Research's Race for Life this year, as we have all had our lives impacted by cancer in some way, so though this would be a good way to raise money and have fun at the same time! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please donate what you can Thank you!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
