My Story
After the success of turning Bawtry Pink last year we are now extending the pinkness to Doncaster! October is breast cancer awareness month and we’d like as many Doncaster businesses as possible to help us raise awareness and funds for Cancer Research UK. Over 56,000 cases of breast cancer in women are diagnosed each year, and around 390 men develop breast cancer in the UK. Breast cancer in women is the most common cancer. Early detection is key and therefore raising awareness so men and women know what changes in their body to look for, is vital. Doncaster lets make a difference.

Each year, over 56,800 people are diagnosed with breast cancer in the UK. That’s more than 150 people every single day. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat breast cancer.
