My Story

Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 200 page. This September I will complete 200 miles on my bike (indoors!) for Cancer Research UK as I want to raise money for life-saving research and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. I ended last year waiting for second stage breast screening. This turned out to be benign but just 10 weeks later I was faced with the news that I had endometrial cancer and needed urgent major surgery. I was lucky, it was dealt with quickly and hadn’t spread. Not everyone is so lucky. Please show your support with a donation to my page - every penny makes a huge difference to vital cancer research.
