Breast Friends

We are a group of breast friends from Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes who have all been through and survived breast cancer. We met up over a year ago through a Facebook group which has been an invaluable support, and where we became friends. We all have our own individual stories to tell, but throughout our journeys we've experienced such wonderful treatment, care and support from oncologists, nurses, surgeons, care assistants, support groups and from other ladies fighting the fight. But most importantly our family and friends - thank you! Most of us have now finished active treatment, but we have preventative treatment to stop the cancer coming back - this costs a great deal of money. Therefore, we want to raise as much money as possible to give something back, to contribute to these drugs, to support research, raise awareness and help those who are going through this awful disease; and to remember those who have sadly lost their fight to cancer.
