I'm walking Shine 2018 in the fight to beat lung cancer in memory of my Nan Kathleen Bourke who passed away last year ♥️

In memory of

Kathleen Bourke

Thank you for visiting my page.

I am walking my third Shine marathon in London on 22nd September and this time it is to help in the fight against lung cancer.

My Nan sadly lost her battle with cancer last year so I will be walking every mile with the added motivation of knowing that she is smiling proudly looking down on me.

This is such a great event and I am pleased to be able to give something back to the charity who are helping so many families like my own.

Who needs sleep when you can help to walk all over cancer through the night amongst the bright lights of London.

I have uploaded a few photos from my previous Shine event. I welcome your suggestions for this year's outfit.

Each year Cancer Research UK’s scientists get closer to beating cancer, and they’ve helped double survival rates in the last 40 years. But we can’t stop there.

Only with our continued support can they turn this research into breakthroughs that save millions of lives. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.

Please donate if you can no matter how big or small as every penny counts in the fight against cancer.

Thank you in advance.

Finished the walk in just under 8 hours. The weather wasn't great but we shined and walked all over cancer for our loved ones.
