My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. Sarah’s story was devastating from the moment she found out she had cancer. Every step of her painful treatment, gruelling side effects along with watching her family-especially her beautiful girls - suffering along with her, was soul destroying. Yet through it all, Sarah managed to inspire so many people to make changes to be generous with their time and money and to never ever miss an opportunity. And to contrast that we have success - Without Cancer research, our beautiful boy Austin would not be here. He followed a treatment protocol that was put together by the team at Cancer research.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
