But part of fundraising is also raising awareness... So I intend to ask for JUST £1 from as many people as I know in order to raise as much awareness for Cancer Research and KEEP THE FOCUS ON THE CHARITY rather than the donation AMOUNT from each individual sponser. BUT ironically Cancer Research is one of many of the promotional awareness fundraising stands I book each month at work?! I was inspired by my lovely auntie and big sister to take the plunge! At this point I have had absolutely no training and haven't exercised in months... But this coming Sunday I intend to run every last step for those who we've lost to cancer, those who've been touched by cancer and those who research cancer on a daily basis.
